How do I Return an Item for a Refund?
Step 1: Contact HearAid Customer Service at 1-877-GO-HEARAID to receive an RMA number.
Step 2: Package and return the following mandatory items: • A copy of the original shipping invoice. • A completed copy of the HearAid Return Form. • All parts and accessories of the item(s) to be returned.
Step 3: Mail your package* to: HearAid Company 7254 Washington Avenue Eden Prairie, MN 55344
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Items damaged or destroyed by misuse, abuse, accidents, tampering, or negligence are not eligible for return or exchange.
If an item is received damaged or was incorrectly shipped to you, please contact Customer Service immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received will qualify for a refund.
*Return postage to be paid by customer.
